Thank you for shopping with SplashBurst. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly so your summer fun can start as soon as possible.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 12 hours after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is:

3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected logistics delays.

  1. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over $30

  • $5 standard shipping on orders under $30

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order value at checkout.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to supported regions available at checkout.

If your country or region is not available during checkout, it means we are not currently able to ship to that location.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label is created.

  1. Delayed Orders

We aim to ship orders within the stated processing time and deliver within the estimated delivery window. However, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, high seasonal demand, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the latest shipping status.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

SplashBurst is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  1. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can help review the issue.

  1. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.
