At SplashBurst, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

  1. 30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all included parts and accessories

  • Not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after use

Because our products are water-play items, opened or used water balloons may only be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email or WhatsApp.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

  1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Used water balloons

  • Opened or partially used balloon packs

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items without prior return approval

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items. If you need a different pack size or replacement, contact us and we will help find the best solution.
